What this is
This page explains what personal information Arthur Automates collects when you visit this website or get in touch, how it is used, and what your rights are.
This site is operated by Arthur Hewitt, trading as Arthur Automates, a sole trader based in England. It provides AI automation services to small businesses and sole traders in the UK.
What information is collected
This site collects personal information in the following ways:
- Booking a call via Calendly - when you book a discovery call, Calendly collects your name and email address, and any notes you choose to add. This is processed by Calendly Inc. under their own privacy policy.
- Emailing directly - if you email arthur@arthurautomates.com, your email address and the content of your message are received and stored in that email account.
- Visiting the site - this site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers. Google may log this request, which could include your IP address. No cookies are set by this site itself.
How it is used
Personal information collected through this site is used only to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Conduct and prepare for the discovery call you have booked
- Follow up on any work discussed
Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. It is not used to send unsolicited communications. It is kept only for as long as it is relevant to the work discussed.
Third-party services
This site uses the following third-party services that may process personal data:
- Calendly (calendly.com) - used for booking discovery calls. When you book a call, Calendly processes your name and email address. Calendly's privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform.
- Google Fonts - fonts are loaded from Google's servers. Google may log the request. No personal data is intentionally sent to Google through this site.
- Google Meet - if you book a call, the session may take place on Google Meet. Google's privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform.
