AI Automation · UK
I work with small businesses and sole traders on the emails, follow-ups and repeated tasks that are eating more time than they should. Usually, there's more worth fixing than people expect.
Who this is for
You run things yourself, or mostly yourself. And somewhere in your week is a stack of manual work that's just kind of always been there.
It's the email you write from scratch every time. The thing you chase every week. The update you send every Friday that looks basically the same.
None of it is a disaster on its own. But it adds up.
Where the time usually goes
Most inboxes have a pattern to them - the same types of emails arriving, needing roughly the same kind of response. AI can handle the drafting. You keep control of what actually gets sent.
Things don't fall through because people forget them on purpose. They fall through because there was no system underneath. An automation that does the chasing means fewer things get dropped without you having to hold it in your head.
If it's the same task every week - moving information from one place to another, running a report, filling in the same fields - it probably doesn't need to be manual. It just hasn't been looked at yet.
Onboarding a new client, responding to an enquiry, chasing a payment - these tend to follow a pattern even when they don't feel like it. That pattern is what makes them automatable.
How it works
It starts with a free call. I ask questions and listen - I want to understand what's actually going on before suggesting anything.
If there's something worth building, we talk through what that would look like. You decide whether it makes sense to go ahead.
Then I build it, either for you or alongside you depending on how involved you want to be. I don't hand anything over until it's working.
Ways to work together
Tell me the problem. I'll build the solution, set it up, and make sure it's working before I hand it over. You don't need to understand the technical side - just the outcome.
If you want to understand what's been built and manage it yourself going forward, we work through it together. You leave with both the automation and the knowledge to maintain it.
Not sure which fits? We'll work that out on the first call.
Why Arthur Automates
There's just me. Whoever you speak to is the person doing the work - no handoffs, no one interpreting what you said to someone else.
I try to spend more time asking questions than giving answers, at least at the start. What's slowing a business down isn't always the obvious thing, and building the wrong automation is a waste of time for both of us.
I work with small businesses and sole traders because that's where an extra few hours a week actually changes how the week feels.
Get started
I'll ask a few questions and let you know whether it's something I can help with. No pitch, no obligation.
